To cater to the educational needs of the children of transferable Central Government employees including Defence and Para-Military personnel by providing a common programme of education;

- To provide, establish, support, identify, control and manage schools for the children of other people, including the employees of the Government of India, belonging to minority populations and countries and for the people living in the lower reaches, hereinafter referred to as ‘Central Schools’ ” will be said. All the works and objects necessary for promoting such a school are created.
