Fun Day

On the recommendations of Academic Advisory Committee, in all Kendriya Vidyalayas, all Saturdays except 2nd Saturday, Fun Day or (आनंदवार) will be observed in Primary Section.
The objective of programme is to nurture children at the young age and to bring out the hidden talent in different fields and to promote all round development of the students. Students of Primary section are engaged in following activities such as

1. Co- curricular activities such as Music, dance, drama, instrumental music, Creative writing, painting, Theatre etc.
2. Club activities such as reading club, Environment club, Cubs and Bulbul and the enrichment activities.
3. Sports activities where they will be trained in different sports by coaches.
4. Skill development such as Pottery making, radio making, film making, origami, Repairing, Gardening etc.
   Different experts of the field, including parents, volunteers, NGOs like Spic Macay are also involved in this programme.
